Kareena Kapoor had refrained from enacting intimate scenes on the big screen. Unless of course, it was with her real life beau Saif Ali Khan in Kurbaan.

So, when Madhur Bhandarkar and UTV asked her to perform some real steamy scenes with co-star Arjun Rampal in Heroine, Kareena had categorically refused to do so. But now, the actress seems to have decided against being so rigid with her on-screen lovers. On March 20, Bebo will be going to bed with Rampal for a scene in the film. Read more

With his ambitious project in jeopardy, Taurani has now sent a SOS to Priyanka Chopra, asking her to step into Deepika’s shoes. Though all’s well between Shah Rukh Khan and filmmaker Shirish Kunder after an ugly spat, the superstar still refuses to speak about either the fight or the patch up.

“Did I tell you that there was a fight..no…so I will not tell anything about the patch up also,” Shah Rukh told reporters at a pre-nuptial ceremony of Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza. The actor reached the function in the wee hours of Wednesday. Read more

In an evening of glitz and good cheer, the 57th Idea Filmfare Awards 2011 were presented at the newly set up Reliance MediaWorks Studio in the sylvan environs of Film City. The nominations encompassed several films that had attempted to tread a fairly unbeaten path-Rockstar, The Dirty Picture, No One Killed Jessica, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and Delhi Belly. As it turned out, Zindagi… cleared the course by winning seven trophies, followed by Rockstar with five and Delhi Belly with four. The Dirty Picture picked up three. Read more

But it seems that Katrina, who is relatively newer in the industry, is taken as seriously as veteran actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
